Brave Boris seeks companion

31 March 2009
BorisBoris, a 3 year old black cat, was recently brought into the vets after getting involved in a road traffic accident. He was in a bad way and unfortunately had to have his back right leg amputated. He also had broken toes in his front paw. Boris is now recovering well but efforts to find his owners have been unsuccessful.

A receptionist at the vets has temporarily homed Boris but he needs a new home with someone who can spend more time with him. Boris is affectionate, craves company, but at the moment is nervous and wary of people although this is improving with time. A quiet home without small children or other animals would suit Boris and allow him to gain confidence as he recovers from his ordeal.

If you feel that you could offer Boris a home please contact Ann Jenkins, homing officer for Cherwell Cats Protection, on 01869 246839.
